Property Advisor

Basingstoke

Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 17.00pm

Salary £25,000 per annum, plus potential performance bonus scheme up to £35,000 per annum and £3,500 car allowance

About the Role:

Due to a new contract win we are seeking a Property Advisor to join our team. As a Property Advisor you will be working for a Central Government accommodation contract. You will report into the Lettings manager and working within a team of 7.

A Property Advisor with our Basingstoke branch, your main duties will include liaising with estate agents and landlords to acquire new properties for our contract. You will need to ensure the properties meet our specific specifications. In addition, you will be required to complete onboarding of properties, complete agreement terms with the landlord and be responsible for managing your own pipelines. 

Role Criteria:

  • Experience dealing with estate agencies and landlords
  • Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in lettings and property
  • The skills to find new property acquisitions
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work alone and as part of a team
  • Flexible to travel
