Job Title: Recruiter

Summary:
The Pavilion Payments Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition from requisition management to pre-onboarding activities. The recruiter will play a pivotal role in driving the Pavilion Payments talent strategy by attracting and sourcing top-tier talent and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. In addition, the Recruiter will effectively manage the hiring process by working with hiring managers and interviewers so that we conduct effective assessments and make sound hiring decisions. This role requires the individual to be a consummate ambassador of Pavilion Payments to the external and internal community.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Process Management:
- Oversee and streamline the administrative aspects of recruitment, including job postings, applicant tracking, and maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through direct sourcing methods such as Indeed, LinkedIn, other or specialty job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Management:
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to determine qualification and alignment with role requirements.
- Provide a positive and consistent candidate experience, guiding candidates through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Interview Facilitation:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Gather and document interview feedback to ensure a timely and structured decision-making process.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on expectations and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Reporting and Accountability:
- Provide timely updates to our hiring system (ATS) and deliver reports to various internal stakeholders regarding the nature of open hiring requirements, status of requisitions and status of candidate activities
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2-5 years of experience as a corporate recruiter or 3+ years in a staffing agency with a focus on candidate sourcing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experience.
- Familiarity with the gaming and/or financial technology industries is a plus but not required.
