In this Risk Product Owner role, you will manage fraud product requirements, define and document business and operational processes, own and manage sprints, and lead end to end delivery for new features and capabilities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collect business requirements from internal and external stakeholders and write business stories and Epics.
  • Partner with Engineering team to test and validate different use cases and acceptance criteria. 
  • Coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts with Eng. team in alignment with project timeliness.
  • Interact with other internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions aligned with Risk strategy.
  • Conduct product demonstration across different areas and audiences.
  • Own Risk programs or specific project assignments from end-to-end perspective including requirements gathering, project socialization with other risk areas and help to guide Engineering team during refinement sessions.
  • Document project and initiatives seamlessly on daily, weekly, monthly basis on different channels.
  • Socialize and communicate promptly and efficiently any process changes, updates and challenges to different audiences and stakeholders.
  • Improve our product and Risk capabilities based on data analysis.   

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering. Three years or more experience of Product Owner experience, or similar roles within Scrum team. Experience in fraud risk mitigation or Digital Risk industry standards and experience in writing database SQL/Snowflake queries as user or, preferably, programming.
  • Experience and strong knowledge in Project Management, previous experience in Agile processes and frameworks (Scrum) and experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks independently.
  • Advanced MSOffice skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong communication, presentation skill, self-organization and time management.
  • Upper Intermediate English Level.
  • Experience with Kanban, and /or Safe. Experience with Wrike, SharePoint, Visio. Knowledge or experience in UX and API. Knowledge in project management tools like Jira, Confluence.
