About the Role

Responsible for implementing programmes to build employees' skills and capabilities to support the future needs of AIA

岗位职责

1、了解各部门的人才发展需求，提供人才发展解决方案并执行落地。

2、作为培训讲师，开发、编制、讲授各类培训课程，组织培训活动。

3、负责各类员工培训的行政管理工作。此项工作包括以下内容：

• 培训计划的制定与发布
• 培训提名的管理以及行政通知
• 培训的效果评估与追踪
• 保存与更新培训记录，编写培训报告等。
• 培训工作的其它后勤支持，如LOMA考试的安排等

4、负责人才培养及企业文化宣传等相关项目的推动。

5、组织敬业度调查、研讨会和年度行动计划。通过多种方式建立内部沟通平台，提高员工敬业度。

6、在年度预算范围内规划和实施年度员工活动，如年会、员工大会、年度体检、年度旅游等。

7、协助完成中国区和其他部门的员工发展与敬业度相关项目的推动。

8、上级主管交办的其它任务。

任职要求

1、学本科学历，五年以上培训授课或演讲相关经验 熟悉相关业务

2、熟练使用现代培训工具，具备较强的企业分析能力和课程研发能力 ，良好的授课和演讲技巧，富有激情，有较强的亲和力和感染力，思维敏捷

3、可在压力下独立开展工作，有较强的执行力

4、良好的中英文书面与口头表达能力与沟通能力
