Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading and supervising a team of sales opportunity consultants, setting targets, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering professional development. The role designs effective sales strategies, collaborates with other departments, and maintains strong client relationships by resolving issues. The role generates sales reports, optimizes sales processes, and ensures compliance with regulations while actively participating in client engagement activities.

Responsibilities
• Supervises and provides leadership to a team of sales opportunity consultants, setting clear sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for team members.
• Conducts regular performance evaluations, provides feedback, and facilitates professional development for team members.
• Develops and implements effective sales strategies and action plans and collaborates with other departments to align strategies and achieve sales goals.
• Assists team members in building and maintaining strong client relationships by resolving escalated client issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Generates regular sales reports to provide insights into team performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitates training sessions and workshops to ensure team members are up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
• Evaluates and optimizes sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and streamline sales operations.
• Allocates resources effectively to maximize sales performance while staying within budgetary constraints.
• Ensures that the sales team operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Participates in client presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of the organization's solutions.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, business development, or a related field.
