Role-holder is responsible for:
Driving and implementation of key divisional initiatives like:
- Identification of Priority district • Help ZH/RH on Creation of District level Action Plan
- Leverage the Sparsh 2.0 Implementation (Distribution Management Software) and 100% secondary data visibility, into actionable growth strategy.
- Service to Market – Establish service to market Module to measure and improve DP service in the market on various parameters.
Driving and implementation of DP life Cycle Process:
- DP Selection and Appointment
- DP review process and growth
- DP Attrition and Exit
Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor activities, including pricing strategies, product launches, and market positioning.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to assess strengths, weaknesses, and market opportunities.
- Provide competitive insights to sales teams to help them differentiate offerings and win business. Monitoring of DAP linked actions
Supporting the field managers in
- Set a regular review process between CSO & Field Team
- Tracking the actionable actions as per DAP and publishing regular Dashboard
Key Specifications:
- MBA/PGDM, with minimum 3 years of Sales and Marketing experience
- High aptitude for Systems and Processes
- Good understanding of Sales and Distribution
