About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of distribution enablement and investment propositions initiatives, with the goal of enabling sales/business growth and driving market impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing support to enable AIA Sales Agency team to achieve their business targets through marketing initiatives and campaigns (50% of total time): 

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for recruitment, including conceptualization of campaign concepts and development of creatives and materials. 

  • Produce and cascade always-on content to equip sales teams in promoting the brand, products, and services to generate sales and recruitments leads effectively.

  • Develop creative materials, implement activations to support the initiatives of the Agency sales team, including training materials and videos, standardizing presentations and sales collaterals.

Responsible for developing investment proposition materials for AIA and BPI AIA (35%)

  • Work closely with Investment Team and Distribution Channels to position funds, develop and cascade investment-related communications for customers and distributors.

  • Design creative and effective content materials that strive to educate and equip our customers and distributors about fund performance, market outlook, and the like. 

  • Support in finding opportunities to promote and position funds to the appropriate target audiences effectively.   

Responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing plan to support sales and efficiency goals of Non-Traditional Partnership team (10%)

  • Design and launch communication and proposition materials, activation and events.

Responsible for monitoring KPIs and assist in budget management (5%)

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by direct manager in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in communications / marketing / advertising / business or related field

  • Experience - At least 3 years experience in marketing / advertising / brand / communications.

  • Special skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft creative and compelling key messages. Demonstrated success in developing and driving marketing campaigns that have positively impacted sales / business growth. Excellent relationship-building and networking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
