Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Analyst (Senior or Lead) (Level 4 or 5) to join our Work Movement team in Everett, Washington!

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual, ready to support definition and management of the operating rhythm, analytics, and communications within our supply chain and suppliers. Procurement Analysts support the team in managing, coordinating, and analyzing the data required to optimally deliver sophisticated work packages in a multifaceted environment. In this role, you will support a variety of business needs including analyzing and preparing reporting on performance-to-plan and key performance indicators, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and documenting standard work, and fostering key stakeholder relationships and partnerships. Position Responsibilities:  

  • Develops, analyzes, and maintains processes, tools, information, and industry best practices in support of Supplier Management and procurement processes including self-governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, training and supply-base management, supply chain planning and optimization.

  • Designs, extracts, analyzes, and prepares reports.

  • Determines and reports compliance to internal/external requirements.

  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.

  • Distributes, updates, and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.

  • Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions, and special clauses.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management analysis or materials management analysis

  • 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

  • 5+ years of experience balancing multiple tasks concurrently and paying close attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment

  • 5+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles

  • 3+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience

  

Typical Education/Experience:

Senior - Level 4: Typically, 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Lead - Level 5: Typically, 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: Location: Everett, Washington: (Senior – Level 4) - $100,300 - $135,700

Summary pay range: Location: Everett, Washington: (Lead– Level 5) - $127,500 - $172,500
