Project Role : Business Process Designer
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes, monitoring and providing feedback on process performance. Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze and design new business processes, monitor and provide feedback on process performance. Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects. Your typical day will involve analyzing and designing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing feedback on process performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. - Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects. - Analyze and design new business processes. - Monitor and provide feedback on process performance. - Manage and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient performance. - Contribute to key decisions and engage with multiple teams. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes. - Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures. - Train and mentor team members on business processes and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - Strong understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies. - Experience in analyzing and designing new business processes. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to product compliance. - Experience in facilitating process redesign and change management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - Experience with business process modeling tools such as ARIS or Visio. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration with other systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Bachelors of Technology or Science is required.
