- Analyze and design new business processes.
- Monitor and provide feedback on process performance.
- Manage and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient performance.
- Contribute to key decisions and engage with multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Train and mentor team members on business processes and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
- Strong understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in analyzing and designing new business processes.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to product compliance.
- Experience in facilitating process redesign and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
- Experience with business process modeling tools such as ARIS or Visio.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration with other systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Bachelors of Technology or Science is required.
