The opportunity

The Business Development Officer (Agency Recruitment) will be primarily responsible for executing the recruitment strategies of the team to increase the Agency’s number of top performing Financial Advisors and experienced Agency Leaders from the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Recruitment numbers through the existing Recruitment Programs and Initiatives in place.
  • Review and assess the candidates’ based on the agreed selection criteria for Advisors and Leaders.
  • Monitor progress and provide support and assistance to the candidates in their Recruitment journey.  
  • Conduct Career Orientation sessions to the target recruits of the team.
  • Facilitate offer and contract discussion with shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain and manage reports to track the validation numbers of the onboarded candidates.
  • Manage validation reports and payout administration of the candidates.
  • Prepare and request benefits and payouts for qualified and validating candidates.
  • Ensure required recruitment and selection process is being followed by the recruiting Leaders and business partners.

What we are looking for

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree
  • With relevant experience in recruitment and business development preferably in a life insurance setting
  • Good network of Advisors and Leaders in the financial services industry
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • High sense of business ethics and professionalism
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
