The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about driving projects and initiatives that support our Macao distribution, including agency contracting, licensing, compensation-related administrative, and operational support. As the Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement workflows and procedures that ensure service quality and regulatory compliance. You will also participate in service improvement initiatives and various ad hoc tasks to support distribution and the implementation of new regulatory requirements.

We are looking for someone with:
A degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in agency administration and operations
A curious, open-minded, self-motivated, fast learner and team player
Strong analytical skills and customer-focused mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
Robust project management capabilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Competence in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word-processing
On the job you will:
Manage distribution projects and assigned tasks from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Identify business and regulatory requirements, develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational standards and efficiency, ensuring in compliance with regulations such as AML, FATCA, CRS, Privacy
Collaborate with various departments to align project objectives and execute them effectively
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to management
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and initiatives
Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team
