The Role & What You Will Be Doing
As Business Operations Lead, you will be one of the key leaders in Commercial Operations Department and expected to lead various projects within the Viatris Turkey organization to ensure best-in-class execution of business strategies and find new ways to optimize operations. You will take lead and partner up with internal stakeholders to assure continuity of business processes. You will be collaborating with all internal functions and manage external parties that are related to your business goals.

Ensure best-in-class execution of business strategy in alignment with relevant internal functions
Lead and project manage key business initiatives to drive business results
Provides targeted support, solutions and execution discipline through market-based approaches/ interactions, optimizing across markets and portfolios, ensuring commercial execution, priority for market opportunities across key channels
Monitor market related and financial reports to provide insights and updates
Supports the development and implementation of commercial strategies
Partners with internal & external stakeholders to lead 3rd party BD deals in order to unlock further opportunities for Viatris business
Partners and provide guidance into operating plans, LE submissions
Leads & provides governance on processes like S&OP, High noon, LT meetings
Partners with market LT to define priorities and to identify of new business opportunities that could originate to internal projects
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Key Functional Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, economics, business administrations or equivalent degree is required
MBA or equivalent education/experience is preferred
Business acumen and analytical ability
Project and Time Management
Strategic & Innovative Thinking
Change management and organizational development
Strong communication and influencing skills
Exceptional communication skills in English
Work Experience & Key Accomplishments
Minimum of 7-10 years of working experience with broad knowledge and experience of healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
Proven success in commercial management
Experience in managing and monitoring operating plans
Confidence and experience to lead change with strong interpersonal, communication and networking skill
Ability to bring structure and process to uncertain situations plus strong project management skills
Excellent track record as a team player and ability to lead in a matrixed environment
Proven ability to facilitate open discussion and debate among key stakeholders and building internal and external relationships through partnering & anticipating needs
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create a compelling business case based on structured analysis across multiple factors
Robust understanding of manufacturing/supply & finance matters and information systems
Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills with conflict resolution and strong negotiation skills to achieve win-win resolution
