As a leading life insurance company, our Bancassurance team is committed to driving strategic growth and innovation. We seek a dedicated and proactive intern to join our Strategic Development function.


This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance management, strategic initiatives, and management deck preparation.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Contribute to research, data analysis, and project coordination to assist in critical projects within the strategic development function.

  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis tasks to support ongoing projects and decision-making processes, utilizing tools like Power BI.

  • Strategy Deck Preparation: Aid in preparing and formulating strategy/management decks.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members on strategic initiatives, providing support and presenting innovative ideas.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program, preferably in business, finance, data science, marketing, or a related field.

  • Availability: Available from Jan to June 2025

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and familiarity with essential data analysis tools.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data management software.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative, manage tasks independently, and demonstrate a proactive approach.
