EMEA HR Program ManagerPosition Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Programme Manager to lead and manage complex HR initiatives across our global organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
What you will do:
Lead end-to-end programme management for global HR initiatives, including Manager Effectiveness Training and Leadership Development, overseeing planning and cross functional stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable leadership capability improvements
Provide end-to-end project management support for EMEA HR priorities including Organisational Health Reviews, CCV HR Integration, Fiserv Future Techies & ongoing Workday implementations
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the organization. Adapt to changing organizational needs and priorities, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.
Utilize best practices to drive HR program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor and report on the progress of HR programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
What you will need to have:
Deliver proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs across multiple countries and time zones.
Apply strong delivery methodology knowledge (Agile and Waterfall) and practical tools for planning, tracking and reporting.
Demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and executive communication skills.
Exhibit financial acumen to manage program budgets, forecasts and KPI reporting
What would be great to have:
Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management credential.
