HRIS Systems Analyst

In this role, you will support reporting, analytics and data integrity needs across People Tribe, while also providing subject matter expertise for our Group HRIS, Workday. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, reporting to the Chapter Lead, People Platforms. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating and maintaining easy-to-use self-service reports for People, helping the business make informed decisions.

  • Designing and supporting solutions using tools such as Workday particularly reports and dashboards, RateIt, and Power BI.

  • Working closely with stakeholders to provide clear analysis that supports decision-making.

  • Acting as a point of support between HR and system users for Workday.

  • Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and implementing solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency.

About You

  • Experience with Workday reporting, Power BI, and working with large data sets.

  • Experience in supporting and administering an integrated HR Information System; Workday knowledge is valuable, with RateIt exposure a plus.

  • Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and organising your work to meet deadlines.

  • Enjoy working independently while also contributing to a team environment.
