Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead and oversee complex software and hardware projects within the Customer Solutions Enablement Group. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects that meet business objectives and customer expectations. This position requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proactive approach to program management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in program management, preferably in the semiconductor or software industry, managing complex projects with global teams
  • Strong technical background with experience in both software and hardware development processes
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead large, multi-discipline development teams and drive projects to successful completion
  • Proficient in program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) to drive project planning, execution, and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical and business information to stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex issues
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • PMP certification preferred

Additional preferred skills:

  • Experience in software requirements management and change management
  • Familiarity with HDL and hardware development processes
  • Experience with customer-facing roles and managing customer expectations
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive large-scale full-stack projects/programs (software and hardware) throughout their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements
  • Lead Agile project management processes, collaborating closely with software, applications, HDL, and hardware engineering teams to foster effective teamwork and ensure seamless integration of all components
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams and external customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, driving effective solutions to address challenges before they impact project timelines or quality
  • Manage resource requirements and allocations across multiple projects, optimizing team efficiency and productivity
  • Define and track program management KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and standardized processes to enhance project execution and efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures, driving standardized PLC processes throughout project execution
  • Mentor and coach junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
