Boeing India Engineering has an immediate opening for Associate Forms Management Specialist (Adobe LiveCycle Designer) to be part of the Enterprise Services & sustainability team, under IT&DA organization. The position offers unique challenges and opportunities at the same time. Working with core business group within Boeing, the position offers larger stake holder collaboration and a chance to be part of the Boeing Commercial business success story. 

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India. 

The Forms Management team helps employees across Boeing create, access, understand, harness, manage, and disseminate information. They optimize the latest developments in information management strategies to support Boeing innovation and competitiveness, delivering high quality, cost effective solutions on a global scale.  

The Associate Forms Management Specialist will provide forms analysis, design and development, documentation, testing, and technical support using Adobe products and supporting tools.  

Job Responsibilities:
•    Designs and maintains dynamic electronic forms utilizing advanced scripting techniques and workflow processes.
•    Develops or customizes workflow applications to streamline business partner processes
•    Consults with process owners or process teams to analyze requirements and makes recommendations that utilize capabilities of development software and reduce manual processing
•    Utilizes configuration management tools, design tools, debugging tools, and any other environment specific tools necessary to create, test, and implement an application
•    Shares knowledge with peers and recommends changes to common tools
•    Supporting questions about the forms or our service (e.g. emails, helpdesk tickets, etc.)
•    Support to the development of Information Management Designer training materials
•    Delivers end-user training and Forms website content, as required
•    Supports the integration with associated Information Management lifecycle functions, business process architecture and Enterprise information system architecture
•    Develops and configures business process automations per low level design and technical design documentation to meet defined requirements. Comply with and help to enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure quality of coded components by performing thorough testing.

Basic Qualifications (Required):

•    Experience developing forms with Adobe and MS Word 
•    Experience with different programming languages/software
•    Experience in scripting and workflow processes
•    Experience with client side/server side programming
•    Experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements
•    Ability to set priorities, work independently and in a team, and communicate clearly
•    Ability to work in team environment and interfacing skills
•    General understanding of UX/UI standards
•    Experience with process design/optimization
•    Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution 

Desired Qualifications:

•    Experience with Adobe products, in particular Adobe LiveCycle, Adobe Workbench software.  and an understanding of workflow development is a plus
•    Analysis, design & development of eForms (Adobe Livecycle/Adobe Acrobat/AEM) based applications
•    Experience with Web Services, XML, Adobe LiveCycle, SQL, and Javascript
•    Experience with ServiceNow software
•    Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
•    Strong verbal and written communications skills, articulate, speaks and writes English well
•    Self-starter, comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities
•    Knows how to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgency
•    Experience delivering solutions based on consistent processes and policies 
•    Broad understanding of applications utilized within the Boeing Enterprise.

Typical Education & Experience:

•    Typically, 5 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
•    A Degree in Computing, Business, Information Systems is a plus.
