Website designer’s Mission
The website designer’s mission is to build a clear, effective and pleasing communication through our promotional website, helping users to understand how Smartcat can solve their content creation and localization goals. We are looking for a person who sets high quality standards and carries them through every task they do.
Your outcomes:
Design deliverables to support our website growth (preparing mockups for existing and new pages).
- Creating new and adjusting existing website pages through our internal website builder tool (we’ll introduce you to how it works).
- Creating content (images and videos) for the website.
- Maintaining and improving the website design system.
- Creating new design concepts to explore the possibilities of the website design improvement.
Requirements:
- A portfolio you can share to demonstrate your skills.
- Over 3 years of web design experience, understanding of how responsive web design works.
- Experience in creating icons and simple vector illustrations.
- Being a good Figma user, attention to the neatness, structure, and naming conventions in your Figma files.
- Having some skills or being eager to learn animation tools and video editing software.
- Integrity and full commitment.
- Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a strong sense of ownership, and persistence to breakthrough.
- Openness to constructive feedback and the opinions and ideas of others.
