  • Relevant experience in Women's wear, Western, Casual, Athleisure, Street. Knowledge of industry
    and global brands and trends relevant to Womenswear Active & Athleisure market.
  • Create and Socialise Seasonal Design Concepts with mood boards, colors,
    fabric, design direction.
  • Technical knowledge of Activewear product & construction.
  • Strong understanding of graphics in sportswear. Develop graphics from concept
    relevant to the story.
  • Create design line sheets based on the Creative Concepts and Seasonal
    Assortment and socialise with respective stakeholders.
  • Create detailed Technical Sketches with accurate fits, colors, BOMs and socialise
    with Sourcing and Fit Technicians.
  • Ensure smooth cross-functional activities with on time design inputs.
  • Manage design approvals and maintain a detailed tracker for easy reference.
  • Collaboration with the rest of the brand creative team on design projects like
    trend presentation, product bible.
  • Use analytics and provide design solutions and support in overall business of the
    brand.

 Qualification & Experience
Grad/Post-Grad NIFT/Pearl
3-7 Years of work experience in Youth & Young Adults, Men's & Women's
Demonstrate a high level of aesthetics and creativity with a strong
understanding of youth culture.
Demonstrate creative leadership
High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
Strong Organizational skills and highly detailed oriented
strong communication & articulation of ideas.
Ability to manage deadlines and calendars.

 
Roles and Responsibilities
 Research seasonal trends, colours, prints, fabrics, and styling for all Wovens categories
(winter wear & non winter wear)
 Contribute in seasonal concepts development
 Creating sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate
color/prints
 Create print & silhouette direction for the brand
 Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans
 Responsible for creating detailed techpacks that illustrate design and construction details
with high accuracy
 Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development
 Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with Tech team
 Fabric/print/surface design follow up and approvals
 Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines
 Contributing well researched ideas to support catalog and marketing for the brand.
