What does a TaskUs Quality Analyst do? You will be responsible for creating an end-to-end improvement plan including quality metrics; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solutions work as expected. The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other legacy- and/or external systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Audit calls/interactions/transactions for aligned agents 

  • Coach agents for performance improvement

  • Report performance for aligned span on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

  • Provide inputs, basis audits, for briefings and training need identification 

  • Partner with TLs in leading Team Meetings for metric improvement

  • Participate in strategic projects for the campaign/LoB

  • Identify and escalate any potential quality issues per the defined process

  • Isolate and report defects; verify defect fixes

  • Suggest process/system improvements based on common customer concerns

  • Accomplish other responsibilities assigned by management

  • Drive quality initiatives, contests, and campaigns for the assigned span

  • Be updated on knowledge and serve as SME for the campaign/LoB

  • Know, understand and apply the Health and Safety at Work policy.

  • Properly use and take care of the personal protection elements, personal protection equipment and protection systems provided and implemented by the company for specific positions.

  • Comply with the safety and health rules, responsibilities and regulations described by the company.

  • Ensure the good order and cleanliness of their area.

  • Immediately report acts, unsafe conditions, adverse health conditions, emergencies, effects or possible effects on the environment, accidents and near misses, safety risks, process failures, nonconforming products and others that may affect.

  • To ensure the integral care of their health and to perform work activities in a safe manner.

  • Provide clear, truthful and complete information about their health condition.

  • Comply with the rules, regulations, procedures and instructions of the company's OSHMS and the verbal and written indications in this regard.

  • Inform the employer or contractor promptly about the hazards and latent risks in their workplace

  • Attend and actively participate in training, induction, prevention and risk control activities defined by the company, the COPASST and the Coexistence Committee.

  • Participate and contribute to the fulfillment of the OSH objectives.

  • Communicate all suggestions and consult all concerns related to occupational health and safety.

  • Before starting any activity, identify and analyze risk situations and implement the established and required work controls.

  • Make rational use of paper, water, energy and natural resources.

  • Elect or be elected as a member of the COPASST or Coexistence Committee.

  • Participate in the identification of hazards, evaluation and assessment of risks.

  • Know and apply the actions described in the emergency plan.

Technical skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years in college (BS or BA preferred)

  • Minimum of 1-year experience as Quality Analyst (preferred)

  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Preferably familiar with the application of basic quality tools such as cause and effect, histogram, correlation, etc.
