Assistant Accounting Manager in Fugro Japan

Job Responsibility:

A.             Accounting

1.             Make sure ERP system /Tagetic operations in Japan are smooth and sound, not only Finance but the other parts as well.

2.             Maintain Internal Documents (社内資料)  for CM and PM’s to know the Budget/ Forecast numbers.

3.             Complete Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly closing with timely manner.

4.             Check GL journal approvals

5.             Work with OPCO’s for OPCO revenue/costs.

6.             Work with local Tax advisor for Corporate Tax / Consumption Tax filing.

7.             File Depreciable Tax return.

B.             FP&A

1.             Project/Cost controllership.  Work with CM, PM’s, LSC/MSC management for actual, budget and forecast numbers.

2.             Review the status of projects progresses to know appropriate Revenue / Costs numbers.

3.             Build up PL, BS, and other statements in Budget and Forecast.

4.             Provide appropriate analysis with the management.

5.             Prepare Management Report

Job Requirement:

•               Graduates from University or higher

•               USCPA or equivalent qualifications

•               Many experiences in Internal Audit and NTA Tax audit.

•               Experiences and knowledge in building up local tax return

•               Reporting system Tagetic or Hiperion. 

•               Experiences of ERP implementation

•               Used to Working with multinational management for numbers booking, budget/forecast making, and problem solving.

•               Vitality to improve the organization and the processes.

•               Strong will and wisdom to resolve issues.

•               Business English, TOEIC 850 or above.

•               Strong skills in MS Excel.  MS Word, Power Point.
