The Reference and Master Sr. Lead Analyst is responsible for defining and guiding the technical execution of data quality, data governance processes and platforms in line with the Master and Reference Data Strategy. The overall objective is to support the creation, maintenance and adoption of a unified and consistently defined fit-for-purpose enterprise-wide Reference and Master Data domains.
The Sr. Lead Analyst will work across all lines of business to assess the current state Master and Reference Data quality, data governance processes, and Master / Reference Data platforms, as well as ensuring appropriate levels of integration and capabilities are embedded across all reference data domains. In this role, the technical execution of the target state architecture for the constituent data domains will be defined. The role will partner closely with Federated Chief Data Office organizations, Technology and Operations to identify and prioritize Reference Data requirements, then guide programs to meet these requirements. Excellent communication skills are required to influence internally, often at a senior level. The individual may be responsible for leading a team of data management and/or governance specialists delivering high-quality work products.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
