Job Description

Fabletics Inc. is looking for a Global People Team (HR) Associate Business Partner.

The right person is passionate about working as part of a team, serving as a support role to the senior business partner function and Global People Team partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and adoption of Global People Team philosophies and processes as they relate to the broader organizations business goals. 

This role will report to VP, Business Partner – Global People Team.

What you will do:

• Experienced in execution of headcount management processes, talent metric reporting and data integrity, employee relations, performance management, and COE program support.
• Capable of conducting investigations into issues independently; reporting status and preparing recommendation to present to the VP, Business Partner.
• Responsible for moderately complex projects and assignments that contribute to team milestones such as merit and promotion exercises, functional efficiency projects, etc.
• Foster a positive partnership across all levels and organizations to support a healthy, respectful workplace culture and high-performance organization.
• Champion awareness and adoption of talent programs such as our employee learning and development programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee resource group community, etc.
• Compile and analyze talent data across the brands, such as turnover rates, and employee satisfaction surveys to identify training needs and recommended development opportunities to support employee growth and career advancement within the brand portfolio. 
• Prepare reports and presentations for management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Be first point of contact for employee general inquiries.

What you can bring:

• Proficiency in all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Engage with clients/customers through clear and empathetic communication, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed in a timely manner.
• Intermediate knowledge of labor laws, regulations, HR policies and procedures.
• Multi state support a plus.
• Experienced in conducting HR investigations.
• Developing skills in HR analytics and reporting.
• 3+ years HR experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $64,600-$85,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
