So what does a Shared Services Process Lead do? Think of yourself as an individual contributor role who will be responsible to perform analysis, process mapping, process re-engineering and implementation of solutions for each function within the organization 


 

As a Shared Services Process Lead, you will:

  • Creating project plans and schedules, developing as-is and to-be process diagrams.

  • Engage in end-to-end projects from data gathering, baselining, and solutioning to deployment of processes, ensuring comprehensive management and execution of each phase.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and act as catalyst of change and drive initiatives

  • Ensure flawless execution and report efficiency gains from the implemented initiatives 

  • Involve in change management planning required for every process that's being revised/improved 

  • Work with BPR Manager in creating process management framework for all functions and Geo supported. 

  • Contribute to the business results, recommendations and decisions 

  • Creation and documentation of policies and processes


 

Do you have what it takes to be a Shared Services Process Lead?

Requirements:

  • With one to two years of experience in driving or leading process re-engineering of core end-to-end business processes. 

  • Strong skills in Process Management methodology and tools such as MS Visio and other related process documentation tools 

  • Has experience working in diverse industries 

  • Knowledge on HR or HRIS core processes

  • Knowledge on business process improvement tools, value creation, change management, process training, knowledge transfer management, SLA and performance metrics 

  • Lean Six Sigma trained will be an advantage 

  • Good to have skills in policy writing and change management
