Where We Need You 

We are looking for an Experienced Hire Recruiter to join our recruiting team in Chicago, Dallas, or Houston. This is a variable role intended to fill a short-term need. It is anticipated that the role will end in February 2025, with the potential to extend. 

Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week.   

What You Can Expect 

As a Variable Experienced Hire Recruiter, you will attract talent for experienced hire level roles while partnering with business leaders and HR to achieve hiring forecasts and goals. This is a high-volume recruiting role with a preference for Internal Audit and Finance.  

What You Will Be Doing 

  • You will find top talent to join Protiviti through numerous sourcing channels, including but not limited to, direct sourcing, employee referrals, job boards, professional organizations, RHI staffing, etc. and you will think creatively to continuously build out your pipeline. 

  • You will coordinate the full life cycle recruitment process for our candidates, including sourcing candidates, phone screens, virtual/in-office interviews, offer decisions, and offer packages. 

  • You will facilitate the recruiting process and ensure its seamless and smooth for our candidates and hiring managers. 

  • You will establish and maintain relations with other recruiting team members across Protiviti to ensure standard methodologies and consistency, as well as encourage idea sharing and team building. 

  • You will track and report against established hiring metrics to ensure that our hiring goals are met, and the quality of our hires is extraordinary and diverse.

  • An understanding of our business and strategic priorities, and the ability to prioritize competing demands to attract extraordinary and diverse talent to our company. 

  • Ability to handle and document personal and confidential information in accordance with compliance and HR procedure. 

  • Prior experience using an applicant tracking system; knowledge of Workday is a plus. 

  • Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to direct source candidates. 

 

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline. 

  • 3+ years in recruiting, preferably a combination of agency and professional services and/or industry experience. 

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook). 

 

Our Hybrid Workplace 

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
