Job Description:

Lead HCM Talent Management Consultant and Business Development

We are looking for driven, innovative senior Lead HCM Consultant who are eager to embrace the dynamic field of talent management technology and provide recognized, exceptional client service. This role also will contribute to the Business development in European market.

The HCM Consultant is responsible for requirements analysis, business process mapping, training, solution design, and implementation of Talent Management suite of products. You will work closely with DXC clients to help them transition to new cloud-based software, helping them optimize the return on their technology investment.  

As a Business Development you'll be focused on promoting the HCM portfolio of products and services to prospects that have been identified as having a potential requirement for our solutions. You'll have a specific focus on promoting Talent solutions to new prospects and existing clients.

The Responsibilities:
 

The position involves working closely with clients and colleagues to do the following:

  • Gather requirements and define and map current processes in order to create "to be" business processes for the client based on current best practices.​
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders efficiently to ensure the successful execution of projects at every step.
  • Implement application design by working closely with both the client and DXC technical team.​

Additionally, the position involves helping to develop the business as a whole and contributing to organizational objectives.​

  • Developing an extensive understanding of the complete product range and be fully conversant in demonstrating and promoting these across the business. You'll develop an in-depth understanding of our HCM solutions specifically for the SMB market.
  • Lead solutions demo and presentations with clients and prospect.
  • Working with senior leaders and supporting the sales governance processes in place.
  • Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts

The Requirements: 

Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

  • Experience in the design, development, and implementation of one or more HCM products: products: Cornerstone Ondemand, Workday or SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in project management and HR transformation.
  • Knowledge of HCM Cloud deployment and implementation methodologies.
  • Prior experience with business-to-business sales and ability to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking and facilitating group discussions with senior executives.
  • Ability to work closely and build relationships with client executives and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing, positive attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be resourceful and take initiative.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and MS Office skills.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects.
  • Ability to be flexible to and adapt to the dynamic nature of consulting engagements.
  • Languages:
  • English – fluent
  • German, Spanish, French – Desired

This job can be based remotely from a home office, or in either our offices, and may entail travel to various client sites.  
 
The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
