Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of financial business cases, including investments and paybacks.
• Support the price governance processes, both internal and external
• Lead the preparation of 3-year strategic plan for the business unit, covering growth drivers, channel performance, investments, and payback
• As part of core commercial cycle, work with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare sales forecast, including risks and opportunities and translate to a finance forecast P&L for the business unit
• Ensure the review of actual monthly results, with analysis and insights on what is working and what requires attention
• Lead the review of commercial spend (gross to net, advertising, and promotion), including alignment with therapy area / brand plans and return on investment
• Support the business head on joint business planning for key accounts
• Lead the pricing governance process for the business unit, including internal price approvals and all necessary governance required until publishing price with government
• Work with close and control hub to ensure internal control framework is well established and any deviations are understood and addressed in a timely manner.
• Designated Chief Accountant for GSK Vietnam FIE, working with Close and Control Hub, Tax Advisory, Treasury Operations and other departments as required for all Statutory Accounting matters.
• Be a trusted advisor for General Medicines business unit head and leadership team
• Proactively look for internal and external opportunities to make a difference for the patient and / or drive a positive business outcome

Requiremens:

• Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, MBA, or local equivalent)
• Able to provide financial leadership, counsel and direction to senior professionals
• Demonstrated financial knowledge of modeling, analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning, and decision making
• Ability to manage demanding stakeholders, and have independent opinion and drive to get things done
• Enable and drive change
• Strong Communication – with multiple stakeholders
