We are looking for an exceptional Product Management Intern to join our growing team (Usage & Adoption). In this role, you will help design in-product experiences to drive discovery and adoption of Workato’s features. This includes creating engaging content for feature discovery, in-context user guides, and helping users discover Workato's powerful suites of capabilities, progressing from novice to expert.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Design and iterate in-product campaigns and user experiences that drive feature discovery and adoption.
Craft copy and design user flows that are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with Workato’s positioning
Test, experiment, and optimize guides to enhance the user journey and learning experience.
Monitor user behavior, capture insights, and analyze segments to refine key user milestones.
Present data-driven insights to influence future product and user engagement strategies.
Support user growth through increased engagement and feature adoption by creating tailored experiences for diverse user segments.
Foundations in Web Development (HTML, Javascript, CSS)
Basic knowledge in SQL
Basic knowledge of Automation and Integration
Familiarity with UI/UX principles
Strong copywriting skills to craft concise, engaging, and clear messaging for user experiences.
Ability to articulate a vision or direction for each piece, and come with ideas based on the brief given
Excellent communication skills and strong ability to collaborate with others throughout the company, sometimes across international time zones
Able to work independently and efficiently to hit short deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Thoughtful team player, a quick learner, and have a “can do” attitude with a growth mindset
