Job Description:

Trade, Transport & Logistics Centre of Expertise in Kraków, Poland is a team of specialists, who support business units located in Europe and supervise global logistics operations. Currently we are looking for an intern ready to join the team responsible for general cargo operations.

We offer paid internship with the possibility to work remotely or from the office – depending on your preference (the office is located in the heart of the city, on Pawia street in Kraków). You can work 30-40 hours per week and the working time is flexible in order to help you start gaining first work experience during your studies. We are waiting for your application!

Your responsibilities

• Maintain communication with transport service providers to place transport orders, receive confirmation, proof of deliveries and invoices, monitor important milestones

• Processing Delivery Notes in SAP TM

• Stay in touch with customers to receive and provide information

Your background

• You are a university student (Supply Chain Management/Logistics preferred) graduating in 2025 or later

• You are proficient in English (B2) and fluent in Polish (C1+)

• You are proactive, organized and have good attention to detail

• You have strong communication skills and are willing to learn new tasks
