Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, ensuring the applications meet the organization's needs and standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and architect solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Oversee the development and implementation process, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday US Absence Management, Workday US Time Tracking.
- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionalities and configuration.
- Experience in designing and configuring ATC Absence and Time Tracking systems.
- Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with Workday security and access controls.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A designed and configured ATC Absence and Time Tracking systems to streamline processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies is required.
