"I can succeed as an Experience Design Lead at Capital Group"

As an Experience Design Lead, you will partner with business and creative teams to plan, envision, and create digital experiences for marketing to our B2B2C financial advisor client audiences. We will look for you to lead creative workshops to guide research and ideation sessions that explore opportunities to analyze, problem-solve and define pathways for experience design development.

Our omnichannel touch points aim for customer centricity, cohesion, and ease of use to elevate our marketing communications and brand presence. You will activate and apply your talents, expertise, and leadership skillsets to effectively manage collaborations amongst a diverse group of leadership partners including product, journey, content, engineering, and delivery managers.

A key attribute of this role on our design team is to bring an action-oriented mindset. We seek motivated partners that share an interest in continuously cultivating an environment for creative exploration and advancing our working processes as a design team collective.
