Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading market research, contributing to development of market plans, and preparing and delivering key performance reports. The role also leads the execution of marketing deliverables, performs data analytics, and designs customer experience journeys. Additionally, the role ensures legal compliance, leads content adaptation, and heads moderate to high complexity projects to support operational and strategic plans.

Responsibilities
• Leads market research to understand local consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
• Contributes to the development of market plans and initiatives, including the development of budget scenarios tailored to the assigned market.
• Prepares and presents regular reports to the management team, including key performance indicators and ROI analysis.
• Leads execution of marketing plan deliverables and milestones across markets works with cross functional teams to lead execution of specific touchpoints and activations in marketing plans.
• Performs analytics on marketing data to evaluate the performance of campaigns in the target market.
• Develops the design of customer experience journeys and touchpoint plans that leverage paid and owned media channels to maximize awareness and marketing goals.
• Participates in developing strategies for customer engagement, feedback collection, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
• Ensures that all marketing activities comply with local laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards.
• Heads translation and adaptation of marketing content to market/country’s language, culture to ensure it resonates with the local audience.
• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivers professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Have no more than 12 months of prior work experience professionally related to the Graduate Hire Requisition they are applying to, (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience).  
  • Will have completed at least your bachelor’s degree prior to your anticipated start date with HP.  

  • Able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future.

The base pay range for this role is $56,880 to $115,200 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only)Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
