Marketing Channel Deliveryでは、デジタルチャネル施策の運営・活用推進を行っており、マーケティング/メディカルによるOmnichannel (PfizerPro、メルマガ、等) を活用した顧客への情報提供を支援しています。Omnichannelでの顧客体験を向上する核となるPfizerProの継続的な機能改善、および、Marketing Channel Delivery のスコープにおいてグローバルで導入される新しい取り組みの日本への導入をリードしています。また、資材のロジスティックス業務も担っており、資材が顧客やCF社員に届くよう業務支援を行っています。
このポジションはチームメンバーおよび業務委託者の業務遂行を適宜支援・管理します。
Role Purpose:
This role will be responsible for driving Channel Delivery service activities in Japan that allow the business to drive quality at scale. The Marketing Channel Delivery Manager role will strategically collaborate with the Business and other enabling functions to operationalize key Marketing/ Medical channel activities. This includes PfizerPro portal, email campaign, and relating omni-channel activities, as well as the promotional material logistics. This role will be a core enabler in the transformation of the Japan go to market model, closely partnering with the global and local deployment teams and stakeholders. The manager will provide occasional oversight of team members and outsourced contractors providing service delivery execution and manage the budget, timeline, and quality of deliverables.
Reports to Marketing Channel Delivery Lead in IDM Asia of Commercial Operations.
Key Attributes:
Accountable for delivering the Marketing Channel Delivery remit within Japan while applying skills and knowledge to enhance service delivery continuity and quality as a subject matter expert.
Enables Marketing and Medical to achieve their business goals by supporting them on delivering their tactical plans that involve all the Channel Delivery services, whilst meeting Global standards, including compliance, legal and business requirements, on time and to budget. Collaborates with the local Marketing Channel Delivery team, vendors, the Business, P&HE, BOPs, and Pfizer Digital to achieve the Business Goals.
Accountable for implementing service improvements to Marketing Channel Delivery remit in Japan. Leads the global and local initiative, with collaboration with the local and global project teams, to enhance capabilities and features to support the new go to market model and to enhance engagement with customers. Plays a local representative role, ensuring market requirements/ business priorities understood by the global team and contributing to enhancement in the global capabilities/ initiatives.
