Wellbeing Support Advisor

As a key member of the Wellness team, the Wellbeing Support Advisor will take part in development, execution and management of a robust wellbeing program for our team member population. The successful candidate is someone who feels strongly about employee self-care, wellbeing and mental health. This individual will play an essential role in supporting Endeavor Health team members in feeling healthy and prepared for the challenges around us.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Wellbeing Support Advisor

  • Location: Arlington Heights, IL

  • Full Time/Part Time: Part Time (24 hours/week)

  • Hours: Flexible Monday-Friday between 8:00am-4:30pm

  • Required Travel: Travel to Highland Park Hospital and Glenbrook Hospital will be required

What you will do:

  • Design and facilitate group wellbeing offerings or programs, to include virtual/and on-site interactive workshops and lunch & learn modules, educating team members with practical and enjoyable knowledge and skills to practice mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

  • Partner in the identification and implementation of internal programs, including identifying and executing tactics to increase awareness and participation/utilization.

  • Assist in drafting marketing and communication pieces to drive awareness of wellbeing programming to all team members.

  • Partner in management of day-to-day operations of wellbeing programming, including coordination with team members, program marketing and communications.

  • Assist in coordination of logistics for wellbeing programs, offerings and events to include development of schedules, management of registration and coordination with facilitators/vendors.

  • Serve as a point of contact for wellbeing inquiries.

  • Collect and document data for the measurement of wellbeing program success across multiple internal and external sources.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required in Health and Wellness, Psychology, Health Science or related field.

  • Certification: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or similar preferred. Industry certification, such as CCWS or CHES, highly desirable

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the development and facilitation of wellness programming

  • Unique or Preferred Skills:

    • Ability to successfully navigate in a matrix environment

    • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines

    • Excellent written and verbal skills

    • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

    • Strong interpersonal skills that enable the ability to build partnerships with physicians, administrative leaders and external vendors; excellent executive presence

    • Able to work independently, take direction and also work as a team player

    • Collaborative approach to completing work assignments and asking for assistance to accomplish priorities

    • Ability to organize, multitask and quickly manage a large and diverse workload with changing deadlines and priorities
