We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Operations department. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work with our Talent Acquisition and Employer branding team to support recruitment activities for different department, while collaborating on Talent Acquisition initiatives such as Internship, internal POP events and Employer Branding activities. 

 

We are aware of summer vacation after a hard year at University, therefore, we are searching for an intern to join us in September.  
Hiring process will be happening during summer period (July & August). 

 

This is an excellent opportunity for students in the final years of their study to gain hands-on experience in HR world and the recruitment process, learn from professionals, and understand the dynamics of Talent management within Telco and IT industry. 

 

Key responsibilities:  
 

·       Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. 

·       Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals) 

·       Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). 

·       Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 

·       Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events. 

·       Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects. 

·       Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. 

·       Supporting senior team members in operations tasks (coordination, ATS tracking, reporting, feedback collection). 

·       Presenting the company at career fairs and at different events. 

·       Market research on best talent practices & availability of the talents. 

  

More about you: 

·       You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economy, or a related field. 

·       You are in the final years of studying and can invest at least 30 hours per week. 

·       You are interested and eligible to work for 1 year on a student contract. 

·       Strong interest in HR and recruitment. 

·       Highly organized with strong attention to detail. 

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and adapt. 

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

·       Building presentations and being in the spotlight presenting is not a problem for you. 

·       You are proficient in English (written & verbal).
