Job Description:

  • Will handle all HR duties as assign by superior
  • Will provide end to end L&D support
  • To assist in new hire orientation preparation on employee onboarding day
  • To develop and carry out an efficient documentation management, printing and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • To perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and efficiently
  • Good communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively across all layers, obtain cooperation and promote a team environment to meet objectives
  • To assist in special projects as and when required
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource or equivalent
  • Internship period of minimum 6 months
  • Good writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required skills: Communication, MS Office.
  • Hardworking and possess good working attitude

  • Must be dedicated and committed to the task given
  •
