Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Intern to join our team. The intern will support the HR Manager in India and collaborate with the Project Manager in Singapore to facilitate HR operations project and BAU work in SG and local office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, data management in HCM systems, payroll, and benefits operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

• Maintain and update employee data in the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Support payroll operations by assisting with data entry, verification, and processing.

• Help manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

• Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and communications.

• Collaborate with the HR Manager and Project Manager to support various HR functions and tasks as needed.

Basic Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in HR operations and a desire to gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Google Suite

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Previous internship experience in HR roles is a plus
