  • Ensure product quality and in-process compliance in-order to achieve and drive team for continuous improvements program meeting quality KPI and achieve better quality satisfaction at assembly processes for leaded and module devices
  • Lead and manage quality excursion by executing effective containment actions, drive root cause investigation and solution while performing risk assessment on impacted products.
  • Lead and manage 8D report and ensure all 8D out-standing action items for on time closure.
  • Lead and take part in quality/ yield improvement projects 
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly and Quarterly KPI reports
  • Manage QA measurement tools/ equipment (PM, calibration and MSA)
  • Monitor critical characteristic (plating quality metrics / solder ball shear) and analyze metrics Cpk for quarterly reporting
  • Leads Half yearly Process FMEA & Control Plan
  • Conduct frequent line audit
