You as an Intern Project Administration will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Modderfontein, South Africa. The Student Project Administrator (SPA) will be trained to work in the Project Environment. The Student Project Administrator (SPA) will be trained to work in the Project Environment. The SPA will also be trained to deliver professional and courteous customer support service and promote productive and positive relationship with customers in typical day-to-day interactions. Also, participate in and contribute to team efforts and manage your individual contributions.

Your responsibilities          

  • Budget Management as recording the minutes of meetings, communications and collaboration.
  • Conducting risk analyses that communicating progress to team members and creating progress reporting.
  • Monitoring progress as conducting research for team members and documentations.
  • Creating and updating workflows that forecasts future costs and formatting documents as required.
  • Creating timetables for the project as implementing policies, procedures and hire contractors.
  • Helping set up project meetings, order resources and preparing contracts.
  • Measuring reporting on project performance in tracking project expenses, processing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Meeting administration as collecting and analyzing projects and tracking tasks.

Your background             

  • A bachelor’s or diploma in Project Management or Electrical Engineering. 
  • Knowledge in following technologies or tools as Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel, Projects etc. is preferred.
  • Well-developed computer skills and demonstrating and overall learning attitude.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
