Position Summary
The Global Institute’s Outreach and Engagement (O&E) Effort seeks to contribute to shifts in the purpose and practices of education systems globally. Through building partnerships, alliances, coalitions and networks with like-minded organizations, influencers, and advocates, we amplify the Institute's impact, leverage diverse expertise, foster innovation, and ensure that leadership and learning initiatives are scalable, sustainable, and contextually relevant.
We seek a Director of Strategic Partnerships to play a critical role in planning, executing, and managing partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders—educators, civil society organizations, governments, and research institutions—so that the Global Institute can foster a global movement of collective leadership that drives systemic change in education globally. The Director reports to the Lead of the Global Institute’s Outreach & Engagement pillar.

Salary for this position is competitive and dependent on country of hire, prior work experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Travel and Hours
Travel is possible when it is safe to do so and in accordance with local travel guidelines. Given that we work across different time zones, some non-traditional hours for early or later calls are an expectation of this role.
