Summary

As a Technical Recruiter you will do all of those things, including building key relationships with your hiring managers, finding them the right talent, and getting the satisfaction that you made a great match for the company. By collaborating with key members of the Talent Acquisition team, you will not only think outside the box but help your team do the same. The entire recruitment team is essential in working with hiring managers and interview teams to make sure we pick the best and brightest candidates who fit our culture. You will make sure all interviews are scheduled, interview questions are relevant, giving a great candidate and hiring manager experience. When the right candidate is found, you deliver an offer, selling the company, the mission and why they would make a great fit for Trackonomy Systems. Once they accept, you, along with your HR team, give the candidate the best onboarding experience, ensuring they are ready to hit the ground running the day they start. This role will be onsite on our San Jose location 5 days a week. 

Requirements

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
  • 8 years of successful recruitment of hardware, firmware and software roles.
  • Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
  • Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
  • Selects one or more placement agencies to assist with recruitment process.
  • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
  • Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
  • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • Vets potential employees’ credentials.
  • Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
  • Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $165,000, plus bonuses and Pre-IPO equity. It is uncommon for anyone to be hired at or near the top range for their role, and final compensation is based on the facts and circumstances of the case. The compensation range is broad because it reflects many factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training directly relevant to the role, business and company needs, cultural fit, level, and location.
