JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop winning Route & Go to Market and strategies including rural markets that contribute to 20% market share with an opportunity to expand
- Sales & Distribution Planning & execution
- Developing, coordinating and networking NPI GTM plan while working very closely with all the relevant stake holders
- Channel strategy for MT & GT
- Develop Trade Marketing Strategy to help achieve Trade Sales
- Channel Management
- 3P (AFC,ISR, MERC, NA) deployment, engagement, training & development
- Driving productivity & efficiency
- Defining & driving trade KPIs in close co-ordination with Sales, Brand & Comex team
- Driving Trade projects & Initiatives such as
- Cost Leadership Program
- Distributor Governance Board
- Product Transition
- Automation Integration & BI
- New channel opportunity identification and strategy development.
- Driving Sales Automation Systems & Process
- Mobility
- DMS
- HO & Regional control
- Driving sales formats & process uniformity and maintain Trade Sales & distribution data repository
- Supporting Demand team for NPI/Promo/Constraint SKU or brand stock forecast for Pre-S&OP closure
- Representing the Trade function in Brand or Category board meetings
- Developing & Executing Trade Field Activation Monthly Plans
