About the Role

Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and partners

岗位职责：

• 落实主管培育，绩优销售培育的关键行为及重点项目指标（30%）；
• 承担导师培养，外勤荣誉导师培养职责（20%）；
• 统筹及协作部门及公司重点项目的落实（20%）；
• 高标准完成部门指定课程的通关与认证（15%）
• 统筹或配合培训中心管理软件，硬件的维护及优化。
• 支持部门内其它培训课程与项目（15%）

任职要求：

• 本科或以上学历；
• 五年以上相关金融或保险工作经验，三年以上业务培训经验优先；
• 具备良好的培训技巧及业务推动能力；
• 具备良好的培训管理及项目统筹能力；
• 具备良好的职业素养，拥有自我激励、目标清晰及解决问题的能力；
• 具备积极主动，沟通协作的能力及主动创新的思维
• 电脑操作熟练，良好的视频编辑，文案整理能力。
