Job Description

  • Manage new Engine project development (HR10 , TR25 ENG) to achieve KPI of Q,C,T
  • Q : Product Quality meet development target ,
  • C : Engine Cost target and Project budget management
  • T : Make project master plan, keep project milestone, development complete on time
  • Production trial lot (PT) and until start production lot (SOP) without remain concern collaborate with related department.
  • Manage cost reduction activity
  • To generate new CR idea , Cooperate with designer , Supplier and Nissan QA plant and manage CR idea activity until adopt CR idea in Nissan plant in order to gain merit and achieve yearly CR target.
  • Manage product quality improvement (After SOP)
  • Monitor problem in market after new model vehicle lunch in market
  • Confirm root cause and take counter measure to fix problem and to meet customer dissatisfaction for Nissan product improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering ( Mechanical , Automotive , Mechatronic , Industrial).
  • Fresh graduate is welcome , If have work experience with project control or design in  Automotive company (Supplier or Car maker) will be advantage.
  • Language English Skill :  Speaking , Writing is must, TOEIC score at least 550
  • Computer Skill MS office , Auto CAD 
  • Competencies :  Logical thinking , PDCA , Able to work Over time ( some time)
  • Technical skill  : Basic skill related with Engine system or Engine component parts
  • Communication : Cloth real time communication with a lot of different department, and Japanese staff by F2F or Skype/Teams.
