Stryker is seeking to hire a Design Engineer (Hybrid) to support Stryker Craniomaxillofacial (CMF)!

Work Flexibility: Hybrid. This role requires reasonable proximity to our Stryker facility in Mahwah, NJ. You should be comfortable working 1+ days onsite.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Design Engineer, you will be working on our Patient Specific Solutions team. This team provides surgeons the options they need to successfully treat very complex cases. You will work to design and develop patient specific implants, where a patient may not have other options.

You will also be responsible for:

• Using CAD software to design these custom patient implants.

• Working collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including regulatory, quality, engineer standards, manufacturing, and sterility.

• Understanding the anatomy of the body through courses to help you learn.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred in Biomedical or Mechanical engineering.

• 0+ years of product design experience.

• Experience in CAD.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of design controls and risk management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

$67,200- $136,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
