What we are looking for:

As a Consumer Digital Advisor, you will be supporting our Digital Bank Operations and other support areas of the bank by providing an array of back office operational support duties. You will be responsible for ensuring that your assigned operational functions are efficiently and accurately performed while maintaining a high quality of customer service and optimal departmental workflow. One of your key responsibilities is work across the organization on complex back-office bank operational issues. You and your teamwork between a hybrid of manual and automated processes. You'll delivers exceptional service to our customers over the phone and through email. You will serve as the subject matter expert in each operational area, product, or service; and will provide bank wide operational support, monitoring, and customer assistance.

  • Collaborate with the digital client care team to provide full client support during the digital onboarding phase, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Respond to client requests and engage in proactive client communication to execute the complete client life cycle and achieve client satisfaction
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Digital Operations products and services.
  • Responsible for supporting the Manager in performing and developing an expertise in daily back-office banking operations. Ensures efficient and accurate operational support to the Consumer Digital business partners and/or clients and the daily operations of the department run smoothly and efficiently. Notify Digital Operations Manager of escalated customer issues.
  • Assist internal customers with account and file maintenance request, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimal client experience and work with the team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Provides a high level of responsiveness to inquiries related to a wide range of banking transactions. Analyzes, researches, and resolves escalated issues. Ensures clarity and direction and exhibits the necessary follow through with customers and/or staff involved.
  • Independently monitors and quickly responds to inquiries submitted to the department inbox workflows and requested tracking logs.
  • Assists in mitigating risk, verifying audit compliance, and procedural quality control. Ensures compliance with established Bank policies, procedures and state and federal regulations.
  • Evaluate and performs relationship reviews to uncover new operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Serve as a backup to support Customer Care as needed.

What you will do:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Three (3) or more years of Customer Service, Branch and/or Back Office Banking Operations experience required
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Ability to independently research and solve simple to moderately complex scenarios.
  • Strong communication skills, especially speaking and listening skills (ex: customer service)
