Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior GSC&I Systems & Tools Developer to join our team in Mesa, AZ; Charleston, SC; El Segundo, CA; Fort Walton Beach, FL; Renton, WA; Ridley Park, PA; Seal Beach, CA; or Arlington, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize complex SQL queries and scripts for data extraction across various databases.
  • Produce ad-hoc, daily, weekly, and monthly data summaries to support business processes.
  • Implement, manage, and scale solutions using Google Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and Teradata databases.
  • Ensure efficient data storage, processing, and retrieval in line with procurement and supply chain needs.
  • Develop, manage, and support reports using Cognos Analytics and other business intelligence tools.
  • Interpret customer reporting requirements and deliver bespoke Cognos reports and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights relevant to procurement and supply chain management.
  • Design and develop analytical tools and reports to measure and track performance in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and tailor solutions and reports to meet specific user expectations and needs.
  • Gather and evaluate end user's/customer's SOW (Statement of Work) to understand project requirements.  Design, develop, and maintain computing applications, including tool designing, programming, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining.
  • Prepare and review process and technique requirement documents.
  • Prepare instructional materials, train end-users, and provide ongoing technical support and expertise.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience preparing reports, supporting data analysis, and writing SQL queries
  • 4+ years of experience in software development in .net technologies and web service technologies and client side technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience with C#.Net or have extensive experience building application using C# code, or experience using .NET framework or object-oriented programming

Typical Education/Experience: 

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Mesa, AZ; Charleston, SC; Fort Walton Beach, FL: $113,900 to 154,100

El Segundo, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Renton, WA; Ridley Park, PA; Arlington, VA: $121,550 to 164,450
