We are looking for someone who would be part of the Settlement Operations team as an Senior Specialist, Settlement Operations in Western Union.

Role Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible to performs complex settlement operations tasks, ensuring the daily / monthly operational KPIs are met, provides high quality and timely support to complex requests of the agents and business partners, participates in the projects related to settlement operations, identifies, and initiates constant improvements of the settlement operation processes, ensures the controls of the processes comply with the rules and regulations of the company.

Role Requirements

  • You need to have 2-3 years in Payment, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Settlement Operations, Finance, Banking sectors / areas.
  • You will need to have studies in Accounting, Administration, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Communication or similar education Bachelor or Higher Education.
  • Microsoft Office, Project Management, Automation tool certification is an advantage.
  • You have knowledge in the daily / Monthly complex settlement operation tasks and also you will have participation in projects and improvement of the processes.
