The Team: We act as a bridge between the sales team and salesforce. Support sales managers with internal/External business activities by managing all contracts and opportunity related queries. We maintain the contract and opportunity life cycle as per the process and guidelines. We contribute to every stage of the sales cycle and ensure that the data in Salesforce remains up-to-date and relevant. Handles administrative and technical tasks, creates reports & dashboards to streamlines processes. Assisting all stakeholders provide solutions so that contracts and opportunities are processed accurately in Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance / exception monitoring of contracts and opportunities.
  • Creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards for users; Monitor and manage data quality to ensure accuracy and completeness of Salesforce records.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality.
  • Help maintain key fields within SFDC to ensure data integrity to allow for accurate reporting and sales hierarchy.
  • Act as an internal Help Desk resource for all SFDC user support issues with the Sales organization and work with the technical support team to expedite resolution.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with Sales Managers/Sales representatives and provide swift and accurate responses/resolutions.
  • Understanding of Opportunity, Recurring revenue, Bookings & Renewals process.
  • Should flag inconsistencies in the CRM / tools to maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast.
  • Assisting the sales team in creating Contracts and opportunities.
  • Assisting/Working alone on ad-hoc projects whenever necessary.

What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of experience in Contract Management/Sales operations.

  • Critical thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions with excellent data and analysis skills.
  • Basic understanding of contract verbiage / language and is familiar with contractual wordings.
  • Analytical data-driven mindset; ‘problem solver’ type of personality and at ease operating in a fast-paced environment; strong process orientation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • SFDC power user highly desired, with the ability to independently build and run reports/ dashboards that cater to business or analytical needs.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel.
