Wayfair is seeking an action-oriented, and collaborative individual that can translate business problems to actionable insights and data driven solutions to improve the customer experience and drive post order improvements for Wayfair Professional. They will do this by working on a set of projects, where they will be responsible for clearly defined targets, articulated opportunity size, and track progress to goal. They will drive a 3-6 month work plan focused on this improvement and partner with cross-functional teams to drive results.

An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy: All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday. At this time, Wayfair does not provide sponsorship for employment authorization for this position.
